Founder
My name is Cenovio Jaimes, and I am as Gen P as it gets. I was born poor, struggled in school, got caught shoplifting, battled a gambling addiction, and spent most of my life with terrible credit. If you want the full story, check out my Lifeline and Founder videos on e-Lifeline.com.
I don’t claim to be the smartest person in the world, and I’m certainly not the most moral. So why listen to me? Because I solve problems. Through hard work and persistence, I’ve built a pretty successful life. For over a decade, I’ve used data and technology to tackle complex problems, and for those familiar with Malcolm Gladwell, I’ve put in my 10,000 hours—and then some.
But instead of coasting on success, I feel compelled to give back. I work in education, and helping disadvantaged kids will always be my ultimate goal. In fact, e-Lifeline started as an edtech idea, and I have big plans to make a real impact in education if my companies succeed.
Beyond that, I’m a worker at heart. I run a wedding barn (my 2nd job) and dream of turning it into a Christmas tree farm (my 4th job) if Lifelines (my 3rd job) takes off. But here’s what I don’t plan to do: move to Silicon Valley and join the ruling class.
Check out the Invest section on e-Lifeline. My vision is to build the first big tech company funded by the people, for the people—and one that distributes its success back to the general public, not the already wealthy. I have no interest in helping the rich get richer. I’m here to help Gen P rise.
