Official membership is optional. Those who become official members will have some special benefits. Membership will issue you a unique ID, giving you control over how much you share with other members. My vision for official members is bold, but it starts with you. Real people. Real connections. Real progress. We don't want our membership roster full of bots.

Imagine working for someone who truly values you as a person, not just an employee. Gen P bosses support our ideals—putting people first. That means when life happens (a sick child, a family emergency), they make the right call, even if it bends the rules.
This isn’t about taking advantage of employers—it’s about balance and compassion. As Gen P members, let’s set a new standard for the workplace: People over rigid policies.
2. Attracting Top Talent
Are you a boss looking to hire? Wearing your Gen P membership proudly tells prospective employees:

3. Winning Local Elections
Local governments hold too much power—especially in zoning decisions that choke affordable housing. Communities often resist change, leaving us stuck with overpriced HOA developments and housing shortages.
Here’s the truth: if you’re blocking progress, it’s time to stop being selfish. Gen P can step up and fix this. Once we grow in numbers, we’ll organize, run Gen P candidates, and win local elections. Together, we’ll cut the red tape, challenge outdated policies, and build the housing our communities desperately need.
