Mission & Objectives

My mission is to show Gen P how to navigate—and push back against—the corrupt and broken systems that govern our country. Too often, we unknowingly enforce the will of the Kings and Queens. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Take one simple example: requiring college degrees for jobs that don’t truly need them. By doing this, we voluntarily send Gen P into unnecessary debt. Yet, hiring managers have the power to change this. They can choose not to require degrees, or overlook their absence, opening doors for deserving people and expanding the talent pool.  Let's do that.

This example proves something important: we already have real power. Imagine a world where people identify as Gen P and quietly sidestep the systems designed to keep us down. By working together, we can level the playing field and lift each other up.

We are the millions who keep the world running day to day. If we prioritize the needs of Gen P, everyone benefits—including greedy corporations. They may not see it yet, but a healthier, happier workforce makes businesses stronger, humanity better, and success more sustainable for all.
